Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking and organizational skills, along with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and receiving guest orders
• Processing payments for takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery services
• Entering orders and delivering food and beverages
• Participating in off-premise dining activities

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided
• At least 18 years old
• Background check required for cash handling positions
• Pass Luby's Cashier Certification criteria
• Good organizational skills
• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus
• Open to various work schedules and hours
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk for long distances
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player mentality

Qualifications

Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Previous experience with a POS system is beneficial but not mandatory.
