Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Food To Go Server, your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests receive their orders promptly and courteously, whether they are picking up food from the restaurant, getting it through curbside pickup, or having it delivered via third-party services.

Responsibilities

• Taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and receiving guests' orders
• Processing payments for food and beverages
• Entering orders into the POS system
• Delivering food and beverages to guests
• Participating in off-premise dining activities

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided
• At least 18 years old
• Background check required for cash handling positions
• Certification in Luby's Cashiering System
• Good organizational skills
• Experience with POS systems is a plus

Qualifications

• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk for long distances
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player mentality
