Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Food To Go Server, your primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Organize and multitask to efficiently handle guest orders.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Create and deliver takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery orders with courtesy and speed.
• Enter orders, process payments, and manage POS systems.
• Participate in off-premise dining activities as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required for cash handling positions.
• Pass Luby's Cashier Certification criteria.
• Good organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Flexible to work various schedules and hours.
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player mentality.
