Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Food To Go Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests through efficient order-taking, packaging, and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery experience by efficiently taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing guest orders.
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and process payments.
• Participate in Off Premise Dining activities as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided!
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required for cash handling positions and successful completion of Luby's Cashier Certification.
• Good organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus.
• Open to flexible work schedules and varying hours.
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and walking for long durations.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Team player mentality is a must.
