Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Food To Go Server, your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests receive a great takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery experience. You will be responsible for taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing guest orders, as well as processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Create a great takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery experience
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring guest orders
• Process payments
• May participate in Off Premise Dining

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Background check required for cash handling positions
• Pass Luby's Cashier Certification criteria
• Good organizational skills
• Previous POS system experience is a plus
• Open to various work schedules and hours
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk for long distances
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player mentality

Qualifications

Must be able to use hands and arms for prolonged periods, lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds, stand for several hours, and walk for long periods of time.
