Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, enjoy customer service, and be able to handle various aspects of food service including takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery.

Responsibilities

• Taking, placing, packaging, labeling, and bagging guest orders
• Receiving and ringing up guest orders
• Entering orders and processing payments
• Delivering food and beverages
• Participating in off-premise dining activities

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided
• At least 18 years old
• Background check required for cash handling positions
• Pass Luby's Cashier Certification criteria
• Good organizational skills
• Previous POS system experience is a plus
• Open to flexible work schedules and varying hours
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk for long distances
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player mentality
