Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Food To Go Server, your primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Organize and multitask to efficiently handle guest orders.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure a seamless takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery experience.
• Create and maintain a positive dining experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing guest orders.
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and process payments.
• Participate in off-premise dining activities as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required. We will provide training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required for cash handling positions and successful completion of Luby's Cashier Certification.
• Good organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus.
• Open to flexible work schedules and varying hours.
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk for long distances.
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
• Team player attitude is required.
