Join our passionate Food Services Team as a full-time Food Service Supervisor. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and contribute wherever needed. Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities to ensure safe and high-quality food production per policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized, hazard-free food storage and serving environments.
• Ensure food items are served per menu specifications and Aramark policies.
• Maintain a sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes.
• Conduct accurate weekly inventory and prepare orders as needed.
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork, efficiency, and morale.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Train and mentor food service workers.
• Maintain logs for equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature, including corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
• Multitask effectively and fill in for absent employees when necessary.
• Support daily catering events, including preparation and timely delivery.
• Work occasional night and weekend catered events.
• Attend food service meetings and maintain communication with staff.
• Perform cashier duties as needed.
• Promote positive public relations.
• Adapt to changing job duties or new assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions.
• Completion of a sanitation course (before or during the first year).
• Knowledge of operating a cost-effective program.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to maintain emotional control under stress.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $25.00.
