About the role
We are seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a dynamic food services team.
Responsibilities
- Produce work schedules, manage food safety, quality, and storage standards
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff to promote efficiency and teamwork
- Maintain inventory, complete logs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with catering events, perform cashier duties, and fill in for absent employees
- Promote a safe, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
- Knowledge of efficient food program operations and basic arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational skills, emotional control, and interpersonal conflict resolution abilities
- Completion of a sanitation course preferred
