Food Service Manager II - 2027-17

Responsibilities

• Supervise food production and services to ensure meals served nutritionally meet federal and state requirements (unique to the cost center where the employee is housed).
• Maintain standards of sanitation regarding grooming, clothing, food handling, and equipment.
• Maintain cost control through planning guides, standard recipes, district menu planning, inventory, work schedules, and meal analysis records (unique to the cost center where the employee is housed).
• Responsible for daily deposits of all food service collections.
• Assess the need for replacement of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned by the site administrator.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 10 months per year.
