Responsibilities

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Verify each order for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before leaving the kitchen.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff and servers regarding order modifications, allergies, and special requests.
  • Describe menu items to guests when delivering food, if needed.
  • Aid in ensuring all food is served at the appropriate temperature and according to company presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, expo areas, and dining rooms.
  • Assist with stocking supplies, utensils, condiments, and service items throughout the shift.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Support opening, closing, and side work duties.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • A Food Handler Certification is required where applicable by state or local regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are important.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously is beneficial.
  • A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset is encouraged.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers is crucial.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service is expected.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods is necessary.
  • The ability to frequently lift and carry trays, dishes, and heavy supplies is required.
  • The ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and twist throughout the shift is important.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while carrying food safely is beneficial.

Pay

$18.90 per hour, tip eligible.
