Part-Time Food Runner

Job Summary

The Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience is seeking a Food Runner to join our team at the Biergarten. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with the chef to fulfill special requests.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates and communicates across the line with the chef.
• Follows proper hold time standards for all heated products.
• Reads tickets and pulls product from the window in the specified order.
• Judges the quality and quantity of each dish according to chef standards to ensure accurate orders and best presentation.
• Follows and executes special instructions and requests from guests.
• Maintains full knowledge of food, beverages, products, and services.
• Provides high-level customer service to guests.
• Aids with special events as needed.

Job Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of expediting experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, and carry with ease is necessary.
