Food Runner (Part-Time, Seasonal)
Job Overview
The Food Runner position aims to enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service and efficient order handling.
Responsibilities
- Explain specials, meals, and drinks to customers and offer recommendations.
- Deliver food orders promptly to various customers.
- Accurately communicate food orders to chefs, paying close attention to allergies and special requests.
- Help set up tables with appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins.
- Ensure adherence to food health safety and sanitation standards.
- Occasionally check on customers to address immediate needs or concerns.
- Inform management about customer feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
- A GED or high school diploma is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
- Superior multitasking abilities are required.
- Flexible availability to work different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of working extended and flexible hours, including weekends.
- Requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay
$14.00 per hour.
