Food Runner (Part-Time, Seasonal)

Job Overview

The Food Runner's primary responsibility is to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing outstanding customer service and adhering to food health safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Explain specials, meals, and drinks to customers and offer recommendations.
• Deliver food orders promptly to various customers.
• Accurately communicate food orders to chefs, paying close attention to allergies and special requests.
• Help set up tables with appropriate tableware, utensils, decorations, and napkins.
• Ensure adherence to food health safety and sanitation principles.
• Occasionally check on customers to address any immediate needs or concerns.
• Inform management about customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
• Superior multitasking abilities.
• Flexible availability to work different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Extended and flexible working hours, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

$14.00 per hour.
