Food Runner (Part-Time, Seasonal)

Job Overview

The Food Runner position aims to enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service and efficient task execution.

Responsibilities

• Explain specials, meals, and drinks to customers and offer recommendations.
• Deliver food orders promptly to various customers.
• Accurately communicate food orders to chefs, paying close attention to allergies and special requests.
• Help set up tables with appropriate tableware, utensils, decorations, and napkins.
• Ensure adherence to food health safety and sanitation standards.
• Occasionally check on customers to address immediate needs or concerns.
• Inform management about customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• A GED or high school diploma is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
• Superior multitasking abilities are required.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of working flexible and extended hours, including weekends.
• Requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

$14.00 per hour.
