Food Retail Brand Location Supervisor - Cleveland State University Management Fee

Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations
• Supervision of cooking and preparation of food items for the day according to recipes and brand requirements
• Maintenance of a safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage environment
• Accurate inventory management according to departmental policies and procedures
• Delegation of tasks to employees as necessary
• On-going coaching and performance feedback to staff members
• Assistance with manager-led employee counselling sessions, timekeeping, and maintaining up-to-date contact information
• Training and mentoring of other food service workers
• Maintaining excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Adherence to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Maintaining communication with staff (including the central office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role preferred
• Prior experience in the food and hospitality industry required
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote teamwork
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems

Compensation

The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $20.00. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
