Retail Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure safe operations
- Honor the surroundings and provide dynamic guest service
- Work closely with the Retail Manager in managing cash, employee attendance, revenue assurance, and store opening/closing
- Assist guests and ensure efficient, courteous service
- Have a range of duties including assisting in employee training, development, and motivation
- Provide education on products and services to guests
- Order, receive, and maintain inventory
- Ensure completion of daily and weekly tasks for the store and employees
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail and guest services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Possess valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
