About the role

The Retail Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a Savers store, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. This role is responsible for managing a team of associates, maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, and promoting the brand's values of sustainability and community support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a related field

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices

Qualifications
