Requirements
- High School Education or GED
- Current Food Handler Certificate from local health department
- Will receive KY food handler's certification (provided)
Responsibilities
- Work from prepared, approved menus and convert quantities to meet required number of meals
- Prepare meals as directed following basic Health Department rules and internal infection control policies
- Do laundry and change linens in residential rooms
- Perform other housekeeping duties as needed
