About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment, including ovens, freezers, conveyors, and packaging lines
- Ensure completion of all production and quality documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and environmental policies
- Monitor food safety systems such as HACCP, OPRP, and GMP
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize disruptions
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work in hot/cold environments and flexible hours, including weekends and off-shift
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred: food service or production experience
- Preferred: leadership skills, dependability, and critical thinking abilities
