Essential Job Duties/Functions
- Hires, disciplines, and terminates personnel with the involvement of the Divisional Manager and Corporate Human Resources Department.
- Ensures all personnel are trained thoroughly.
- Conducts performance evaluations of staff at 90 days and annually.
- Ensures all management duties are completed (i.e. payroll, scheduling, inventory).
- Works with supervisor on decisions involving internal promotions and salary adjustments.
- Maintains staffing levels and ensures budget goals are maintained.
- Handles all problems that cannot be handled at a lower level.
- Safeguards the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store.
- Reports all maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management regularly.
- Enforces company policies and procedures.
- Implements any new programs in the location.
- Keeps operations relevant and profitable and in compliance with our standards.
- Maintains and updates equipment; communicates all equipment and capital expenditures for approval to your supervisor.
- Conducts shift and department meetings as required and reports to upper management as needed.
- Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws.
- Secures the facility's merchandise.
- Communicates appropriately with customers and all company personnel.
- Provides friendly and competent customer service.
- Prepares any prep work and stocks for the next shift as needed for all concepts.
- Handles and prepares RAW chicken products properly and to safety standards.
- Uses and cleans fryers, speed ovens, and all other ovens according to safety and company policies.
- Records temps and waste properly.
- Communicates appropriately with customers and all company personnel.
- Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled with regular and consistent attendance.
Additional Job Duties
- Affords assistance in other duties, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises 5 or more employees.
Education and/or Experience
- Must have three to five years experience with food court operations.
- Minimum Qualifications: Strong communication skills, management training or equivalent, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, minimum of one weekend per month and one late shift per week, minimum of 50 hours per week, able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service, able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
Physical Requirements
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time;
- frequently walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear;
- occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The physical attendance at the primary work location is required.
