Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising and developing associates.

What you'll do...

• Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.
• Collaborates with all levels of associates on store operations.
• Communicates and collaborates with associates regarding merchandising and company direction.
• Introduces and leads company change efforts.
• Provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions.
• Communicates business objectives to teams effectively.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
• Manages and supports customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and Community Outreach Programs.
• Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
• Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies.
• Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
• Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements.
• Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Maintains effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
• Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates.
• Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Serves as a liaison with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Respects individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.

Pay & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00
• Performance-based bonuses
• Additional compensation may include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Complex Structure, State Pay Differential, PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting, short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, military leave pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
