About the role

The role involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. The position requires managing and driving the financial performance and sales of the designated store area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of respect and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Tourstores and provide feedback to associates
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
  • Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
  • Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved
  • Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and improve processes
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties
  • Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provides direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices
  • Respects the individual, builds high-performing teams, and fosters a culture of belonging
  • Serves customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first
  • Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and encouraging learning from mistakes

Requirements

  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Skills

Exceptional customer service standards, ability to lead and mentor teams, strong communication and collaboration skills, knowledge of merchandising and company direction, ability to drive financial performance, and proficiency in using technology.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes performance-based bonuses and regional pay zone (RPZ).
