Position Summary
TourToTeach, a leader in store operations, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and develop teams effectively. This role involves teaching training, actively listening to associates, providing feedback, and managing customer service initiatives.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates on store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
- Lead and introduce company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions.
- Communicate business objectives to teams effectively, ensuring a high quality customer experience.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL Profit Loss statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
- Strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and encouraging learning from mistakes.
- Act with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, and promoting a culture of belonging.
- Serve customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering various stakeholders.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and regional pay zone differentials as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
