About the role

The role involves leading and developing teams effectively by providing training and feedback, managing store operations, merchandising, and company direction. The position also focuses on driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Responsibilities

  • Tourstores and provide feedback to associates
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives
  • Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements
  • Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
  • Maintain effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
  • Hire, train, mentor, and assign duties to associates
  • Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Manages and supports customer service initiatives
  • Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments

Requirements

  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Skills

Exceptional customer service standards, ability to drive financial performance, strong supervisory and mentoring skills, knowledge of merchandising and company direction, ability to lead company change efforts, and proficiency in using technology and business initiatives.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
