Position Summary
TourToTeach, a leader in store operations, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and develop teams effectively. This role involves teaching, active listening, and providing feedback to associates, ensuring the implementation of business solutions and clear communication of business objectives.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates to introduce and lead company change efforts, set clear expectations, and guide team members.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following and embodying the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and improve the customer experience.
- Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating Profit & Loss (PL) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and promoting a culture of respect and integrity.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and building accountability for achieving results.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and regional pay zone (RPZ) and complex structure differentials, as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Additional Information
- For facilities selling firearms, a successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
- For facilities selling only ammunition, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
- Associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
