About the role

This role involves leading and developing teams effectively through training and feedback, managing store operations, merchandising, and company direction. The position also focuses on driving financial performance and sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a culture of belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Tourstores and provide feedback to associates
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives
  • Ensure customer needs are met and resolve complaints
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve customer experience
  • Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements
  • Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
  • Monitor and control inventory flow and operational processes
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates
  • Support key stakeholders and coordinate job-related activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Offer supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Provide direction and guidance on applying company policies and practices
  • Offer PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for various purposes
  • Attend and successfully complete job-required trainings and assessments

Requirements

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
