Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food & beverage outlet operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas
  • Ensure staff follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance
  • Maintain organized and clean storage areas and ensure FIFO practices
  • Conduct inventories and request necessary supplies
  • Submit maintenance work orders when repairs are needed
  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security standards
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Communicate professionally with guests and team members
  • Build positive working relationships and support teamwork
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns effectively
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
  • Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to follow safety, security, and company policies
  • Ability to read and verify information and inspect equipment for defects
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move through confined or elevated spaces
  • Ability to bend, twist, climb stairs or ramps, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills

Starting Wage

The starting wage is $25.00/hr - $28.05/hr.
