Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food & beverage outlet operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas
- Ensure staff follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas and ensure FIFO practices
- Conduct inventories and request necessary supplies
- Submit maintenance work orders when repairs are needed
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security standards
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Communicate professionally with guests and team members
- Build positive working relationships and support teamwork
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills
- Ability to deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow safety, security, and company policies
- Ability to read and verify information and inspect equipment for defects
- Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move through confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to bend, twist, climb stairs or ramps, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills
Starting Wage
The starting wage is $25.00/hr - $28.05/hr.
