About the role

AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks is a distinguished property within the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. The hotel is situated in downtown Cincinnati, near the Great American Ballpark and Smale Park. Known for its high standards of service, the hotel is actively seeking to enhance its team through recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate food and beverage associates.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Maintain service standards, food quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, assigning work, and managing staffing levels.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and operational updates.
• Maintain compliance with hotel standards, brand standards, health regulations, and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Control costs by minimizing waste, monitoring portion control, and following proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to operational challenges and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
