Food & Beverage Supervisor
About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor position at Treehouse Sunnyvale is seeking a passionate individual with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in Food & Beverage operations, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and front and heart-of-house teams
- Collaborate on projects to inspire and assist in executing events that leave guests feeling in awe of their surroundings
- Imaginative in creating and managing food and beverage offerings
- Ensure adherence to high standards of service and quality
- Manage inventory and ensure efficient operations
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork
Requirements
- Passionate about service
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Natural leader and hard worker
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Qualifications
