Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently provide excellent customer service with a smile
• Talk to guests and find out their needs before they have to ask
• Manage front of house operations including table service, bar service, and host/hostess duties
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Perform inventory checks and manage supplies

Requirements

• Front of house experience in a mid-to-upper scale restaurant
• Ability to work AM and PM shifts

Qualifications

• Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills
• Able to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks
• High level customer service skills
• Effective communication with guests and team members
• Able to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure
