About the Role
Lead, mentor, and motivate our F&B team while ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest service, and efficient cost management as a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Smile and provide attentive, friendly, and courteous service to guests and team members.
- Maintain a safe environment for yourself, staff, and guests.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked; requisition supplies as needed.
- Check that tables, trays, and menus meet quality and presentation standards.
- Assist in outlets as necessary and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests and communicate to management when needed.
- Train and support team members, holding pre-meal meetings to monitor service and promote upselling.
- Monitor staffing levels, adjust schedules according to business demand, and help control payroll and labor costs.
- Ensure employees follow dress code, including uniforms and name tags.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years to apply.
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.
- Food & Beverage experience required, including bartending.
- Must have open availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the restaurant and F&B outlets for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and kneel occasionally while inspecting work areas or assisting staff.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 lbs. occasionally (e.g., boxes of supplies, trays, or equipment).
- Ability to move efficiently in fast-paced or crowded environments.
- Manual dexterity to operate POS systems, phones, tablets, and other office or restaurant equipment.
- Tolerance for varying temperature environments, including kitchens, storage areas, and dining areas.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
