Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Food and Beverage management.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute departmental reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor inventory records and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and departmental filing systems.
- Cookordination meetings, training sessions, and special events.
- Aid with payroll-related documentation and timekeeping records.
- Compile operational, financial, and labor reports for management review.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support budget tracking and expense monitoring activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business records.
- Aid with onboarding and administrative support for new department employees.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, hotel, restaurant, or casino operations.
- Experience with purchase orders, invoice processing, and report preparation preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage operations and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones.
Work Environment
- Office environment with regular interaction in restaurant, banquet, bar, or food service areas.
- May require flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
