About the role
Paddy's Beach Club is seeking a full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal Front of House Manager to join our Management Team. The 2026 season runs from May-September.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.
- Train and motivate motivated individuals with at least 2 years experience in a restaurant setting.
- Function well under pressure and maintain organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work flexible hours from May through September, including 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, Day Shifts, and/or Night Shifts, Weekdays and/or Weekend Availability, and Holidays.
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience preferred.
- The ability to function well under pressure.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Open availability for scheduling.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- An understanding of restaurant POS systems, preferably SPOT ON.
- Experience with scheduling and online scheduling programs, preferably 7 Shifts.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in a restaurant setting.

Schedule
- Full Time: 50 hour week from May through September.
- Part Time: 25-30 hour week from May through September.
Pay
Salary: from $750.00 - $1200 per week
