Hwy 55 is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Leadership Team. Our team members are integral to maintaining the high standards of our fast-paced restaurant while fostering a supportive and empowering environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure memorable guest experiences and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build and invest in a great team of servers and drive-thru operators.
• Produce excellent food and motivate a team of cooks.
• Control inventory and costs to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sufficient stamina and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the restaurant.
