FN Supv Food Nutrition Service-Food Services-FT-Varies

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in patient meal tray preparation
• Training of new staff members
• Inventory management of department supplies
• Sanitation of the food & nutrition department
• Maintain daily workflow and assist with catering event setup as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience as a Food Service Supervisor in a healthcare environment or full-service restaurant operation
• Preferred knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• Preferred Serv-Safe Certification
