About the role

Directs all operations of food service including food prep, storage, delivery, lounges, dining areas, sanitation, ordering, scheduling, patient meals, and call center operations.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains employees including providing disciplinary action.
• Maintains ServeSafe certification and attends ongoing education classes at Corporate University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Obtain and maintain ServeSafe Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Some food service experience preferred, preferably in a high volume health care setting.

Additional Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, procedures, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow verbal, written, and electronic directions and recipes.
