Flow Coordinator - Weekend Nights

Role Overview The Emergency Department (ED) Patient Flow Coordinator manages patient movement within the ED to ensure safety and efficiency. They coordinate patient care activities, serve as a liaison with medical staff, delegate workload, and promote teamwork, leadership, and professionalism. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)At least 1 year of ED experience as a registered nurse (required)Experience in quality and process improvement projects (required)Licensure: RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure (required)Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS (required); CEN (preferred) Key Skills Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities essential for coordinating patient flow and collaborating effectively with medical staff.
