ED Flow Coordinator, Nights

About the Role

Manage patient movement in the Emergency Department to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all patient care activities within the ED.
• Serve as a liaison with medical staff to facilitate timely and safe care delivery.
• Delegate workloads and exemplify teamwork, leadership, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year ED RN experience.
• Experience in quality and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS required; CEN preferred.
