Floating Personal Banker - Delaware County, PA

About the role

WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will provide products and services to enhance customer relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts. They will open new accounts, submit loan applications, resolve customer service issues, perform account maintenance, and recommend and promote digital banking services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of face-to-face customer service experience
• One year of previous banking experience
• Prior cash handling experience
• Previous consultative sales experience
• Proven ability to work with customers enthusiastically
• Strong prior retail sales experience
• Proven ability for attention to detail
• Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
• Proven, excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to market Bank products and services

Qualifications

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $37,440 - $52,800. Individual base pay may vary based on additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and organizational needs.

Schedule

This is a full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month are required. The schedule can change at any time based on business needs.
