Floating Personal Banker - Delaware County, PA

About the role

WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will provide products and services to enhance customer relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts. They will open new accounts, submit loan applications, resolve customer service issues, perform account maintenance, and promote digital banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests
• Recommend and promote Bank’s digital banking services
• Aid customers with teller transactions and process transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of face-to-face customer service experience
• One year of previous banking experience
• Prior cash handling experience
• Previous consultative sales experience
• Proven ability to work with customers enthusiastically
• Strong prior retail sales experience
• Proven ability for attention to detail
• Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
• Proven, excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to market Bank products and services

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa

$37,440 - $52,800
