Floating Personal Banker - Delaware County, PA
About the role
WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will provide products and services to enhance customer relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts. They will open new accounts, submit loan applications, resolve customer service issues, perform account maintenance, and promote digital banking services.
Responsibilities
- Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships

- Aid customers with teller transactions and process transactions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of face-to-face customer service experience
- One year of previous banking experience
- Prior cash handling experience
- Previous consultative sales experience
- Proven ability to work with customers enthusiastically
- Strong prior retail sales experience
- Proven ability for attention to detail
- Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to market Bank products and services
Qualifications

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $37,440 - $52,800, with individual base pay varying based on additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, incentive and retention awards may be offered.
Schedule
This is a full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month are required. The schedule can change at any time based on business needs.
