Floating Personal Banker - New Jersey

About the role

WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers are responsible for enhancing customer relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calls. They open new accounts, submit loan applications, resolve customer service issues, and promote the bank's digital banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests
• Recommend and promote digital banking services
• Aid customers with teller transactions and process transactions efficiently

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience
• Prior cash handling experience
• Prior sales experience
• Proven ability to work enthusiastically with customers
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Proven ability for attention to detail
• Knowledge of multiple banking and software programs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to market bank products and services
• One year of previous banking experience preferred

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $37,440 - $52,800, with individual pay varying based on additional factors such as experience, skills, and location.

Schedule

This is a full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month. The schedule can change based on business needs.
