About the role
WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will provide products and services to enhance customer relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts. They will open new accounts, submit loan applications, resolve customer service issues, perform account maintenance, and recommend and promote the Bank’s digital banking services.
Responsibilities

- Aid customers with teller transactions and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior sales experience
- Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment preferred
- Proven ability for attention to detail
- Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven, excellent customer service skills
- One year of previous banking experience preferred
Qualifications

Pay
$37,440 - $52,800
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM. This is a full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month. This schedule can change at any time based on business needs.
