Floating Personal Banker - New Jersey
About the role
WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to join our team. This role involves providing products and services to enhance customer relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts. Key responsibilities include opening new accounts, submitting loan applications, resolving customer service issues, performing account maintenance, and assisting with teller transactions.
Responsibilities

- Process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior sales experience
- Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability for attention to detail
- Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
- Proven, excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to market Bank products and services
- One year of previous banking experience preferred

Pay
$37,440 - $52,800
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM. This is a full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month. This schedule can change at any time based on business needs.
