About the role

WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will provide products and services to enhance customer relationships. They will get to know customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend appropriate products and services through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts. This role will involve opening new accounts and submitting loan applications.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with Bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory banking requirements.
  • Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests for customers as needed.
  • Recommend and promote the Bank’s digital banking services.
  • Aid customers with teller transactions and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of face-to-face customer service experience.
  • One year of previous banking experience.
  • Prior cash handling experience.
  • Previous consultative sales experience.
  • Proven ability to work with customers enthusiastically.
  • Strong prior retail sales experience.
  • Proven ability for attention to detail.
  • Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to market Bank products and services.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa.

Pay

$37,440 - $52,800 annually.

Schedule

Full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month required. The schedule can change based on business needs.
