Floating Maintenance Manager - Charlotte & Atlanta Area

About the role

The role of Maintenance Manager in the Charlotte and Atlanta areas involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This includes ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure facility and equipment are in good working order.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.

Qualifications
