Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
Affirms quality-focused, cost-effective delivery outcomes and the business success of the organization. Oversees human, fiscal, and material resources of ancillary departments including safety, maintenance, laundry, environmental services, infection control, and emergency preparedness. Exhibits a creative outlook and possesses flexibility and adaptability. Demonstrates excellent critical thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Troubleshoots, coordinates, and oversees multiple ancillary departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Three years of healthcare management experience preferred.
- Maintains any certifications and/or licensure as required by profession.
- Depending on location, current valid driver’s license may be required and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category III drivers.

Good Samaritan Society – Mandan Sunset is a 128-bed facility offering long-term care, skilled nursing services, in-house dialysis, post-acute care, and restorative therapy. Nearly all residents enjoy private rooms and bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy.
Pay & Schedule
$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!! Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts. Job Schedule: Full time. Weekly Hours: 40.00.
