Floating Licensed Administrator (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D) - 901 So Cal Region

About the role

The Floating Administrator-Licensed manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the designated or assigned Program on an interim basis, ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. This role also involves collaborating with all corporate departments and external stakeholders such as State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups, and traveling extensively to different locations within the specified region.

Requirements

• Master’s in social services with a California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy.D., or RN)
• Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, with two (2) of those years being in a substance use treatment program
• Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
• Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy
• At least 21 years of age
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintaining current certification throughout employment

Pay

Expected starting wage range is $127,357.12 - $157,289.14. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Schedule

Shifts Available: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm, plus some on call responsibilities as needed
