The Floating Administrator-Licensed
The Floating Administrator-Licensed manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the designated or assigned Program on an interim basis, ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. They collaborate with all corporate departments and outside consultants and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups, and are willing to travel extensively.
- Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm plus some on-call responsibilities
- Expected starting wage range is $134,060 - $165,567. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Master’s in social services with a California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
- Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, two (2) of those years must be in a substance use treatment program
- Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
- Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy
- At least 21 years of age
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
